Provide a description of the functional tasks that the new system must perform. Include what type of data is to be input (or pulled from another system/database), how the data is to be processed, what data is to be output in terms of reports, data to be fed into another system (including BI), etc. • Include any administrative functional requirements (i.e. authorization requirements, permissions to add/delete information, special user rights, etc.). Indicate if Algonquin IT Service Desk support will be required. If applicable, identify the campus location(s) where the new system/application/hardware is to be deployed.
